Methods of Payment

You can pay online with your personal or company card in
conditions of complete safety.

Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the following logos
VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a code
CVV2/CVC2).
No additional transaction fees are charged.

The card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store
your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection
to the processing bank. This way your information is safe.
Whatever currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of
exchange of your bank.

For payment by credit card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name Raftingbuzau.

After confirmation of payment you will receive an email from RaftingBuzau.ro confirming the transaction and the reservation.

Cancellation and refund of transactions are made in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of Provision of Our Services.

The refunds are made exclusively through the plationline.ro platform and the confirmation of the refund is done automatically by email.

For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for
transaction, within a maximum of 14 days after RaftingBuzau.ro accepts the refund.

Card transactions can be cancelled by the Buyer at least one day before the reserved date.

After the cancellation of a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount on the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
